I am looking for a new tenant for my well-kept and cozy 2.5-room apartment (approx. 54 m²) in the heart of Bern. The apartment is available from August 8 or 15, 2025 (flexible handover date mid-August).

Important Note:
Only applicants who are willing to take over certain pieces of furniture will be considered for the takeover of the apartment. These pieces of furniture are in perfect condition and fit harmoniously into the apartment.

Mandatory furniture to be taken over (see photos, total: CHF 300):

• Lamps (e.g. in the hallway)
• Wardrobe (2-part) and mirror in the entrance area
• Wall shelf and 2 sideboards in the kitchen
• Floor tiles on the balcony

Optional furniture to take over:

• Living room lamps (floor and hanging lamp), carpet, bench on the balcony, PAX wardrobe in the bedroom

The apartment is quiet and centrally located, right by the tram station Wander, with the beautiful Marzili nearby – perfect for walks or a cool down in the summer. Shopping opportunities, cafés, and restaurants are reachable within a few minutes.
