Shared room in green surroundingsWe are looking for a new roommate from June 1st, or earlier by arrangement.The monthly rent of CHF 900.- includes cleaning lady, internet & TV (Swisscom), general shopping and additional costs.The room to be rented is approx. 15 square meters and is located on the upper floor. The bed can be taken over if required. The apartment has its own laundry room and a cleaning lady comes every two weeks for the common areas. There are a total of three bathrooms and a large attic and cellar. The apartment also has a large balcony and a garden.Wetzikon train station is a 15-minute walk away, with trains running every 15 minutes to Zurich (duration 20 minutes). Lake Pfäffikon can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There are also several supermarkets nearby.Your new roommates would be Tias (24 years), Marc (25 years) and Yasmin (34 years). We appreciate a tidy apartment and an uncomplicated, respectful and collegial interaction. We all enjoy our free time - but when we are all at home we also like to have a meal together or play a game together (the apartment has a dartboard :))We look forward to hearing from you!
