Living in the Zurich Oberland, within walking distance of nature reserves, Pfäffikersee and the S-Bahn.
We are Daniel (35), Fabia (32), David (44), Yuno (4), Runa (2), Michael (39), Anja (37) and Kali (9 months) – full of joy in community and exchange. At the beginning of March we moved into a beautiful 8-room Art Nouveau villa in Kempten (Wetzikon ZH) with a fantastic 1000 m² garden. Now we are looking for another person for our still young community who wants to help shape it.

Who we are and what we are looking for:
For us, community is more than just "living together". It's about growing together – in the house, in the garden and beyond. We meet regularly to talk about our life together, develop new ideas and consciously shape our interpersonal relationships.

The facts:
Your room is approx. 16m2 large and has its own balcony.
The rent for the entire property is approx. CHF 4,000.– including utilities. The individual amounts depend on the room usage and are fairly divided. (Rent approx. CHF 850.-/month incl. utilities)
