It is difficult for us to find the right term for this unique living situation. The main house (=head building) of the historical complex has the qualities of a city villa: two floor apartments and on the raised ground floor two commercial units, all accessible by lift.
The original office and warehouse has been given new life. Seven independent and very individual residential units have been created. Four of them are accessible by lift. All completely newly renovated with classic bathrooms and stylish kitchens. The room layout allows for many furnishing options. And the east-west orientation of the lofts promises a wonderful play of light through the floor-to-ceiling glazing.
The generous outdoor spaces with views of the Bernecker vineyards give the apartments, along with the high rooms, a stately touch. In the storage building, there are four differently sized loft apartments with sleeping galleries. These apartments impress with their oversized room heights, some more than four meters. No one can say that it is sometimes difficult to get air where thoughts are already lying.
The high windows of the nearly hundred-year-old building dictate the room heights; a stroke of luck for people for whom unconventional and generous living means a lot. Thus, the original hall structure appears very naturally and confidently and enables contemporary living in all three dimensions. The restrained materialization supports many living styles. The ash parquet harmonizes with the brass-colored window frames and the natural white smooth plaster on the walls.
V-Zug appliances equip the kitchens (partly with islands) kept in organza-super-matt. Stylish is the black interior of all cabinets and the very practical, built-in extractor hood in the induction stove. Each residential unit has its own washing machine with dryer, preferably in the technical room. Two toilets are basically standard and the generous showers are a must-have for pleasure seekers, athletes, or wellness enthusiasts. Bathtubs are partially installed.
The spatial conditions are excellent for living or working, or of course for a combination of both. For sun worshippers, the seating area on the west side invites for a break. Here are also the raised ground floor entrances to the maisonettes or to the lift, which connects the apartments in the head building. Those arriving by bicycle, motorcycle, stroller, riding boots, or rollerblades can also enter their own home via the basement ramp through their own bicycle-hobby room-wine cellar.
Parking is guaranteed in close proximity to the house entrances. In the foreseeable future, underground parking spaces from the neighboring parcel will be available.
The living area specification includes all areas entitled to exclusive use. The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible.
