By autumn 2026, three multi-family houses with a total of 59 high-quality rental apartments will be built in Wangen near Olten, on the quiet, nature-friendly edge of the village, offering the right home for every need and stage of life.
The residential concept focuses on spacious 2.5 to 4.5-room apartments that impress with their intelligent floor plans and plenty of daylight. From the balcony or garden seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lush green, traffic-calmed surroundings. In addition, the variably designed park area with play meadows and cozy benches invites you to relax and linger.
Particular emphasis has also been placed on environmentally friendly solutions: Heat generation is provided by a ground-water heat pump, while the free cooling system ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer.
For additional comfort, there are 75 parking spaces in the underground garage and a separate bike room.
