Looking for an urban apartment style? Then you've come to the right place!
The apartment
From August 1, 2025, we are renting two sunny apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our urban city property.
The striking glass facade allows plenty of light into the rooms and makes them shine in all their brightness. Cream-colored built-in furniture in the hallway and kitchen, modern appliances, bathroom fixtures and fittings, as well as beautiful and easy-care parquet and tile floors underline the high standard of finish. The development is rounded off by an in-house laundry tower (washing machine + tumble dryer) and a top-quality electrical system and a well-thought-out building concept.
Outdoor parking spaces can currently be rented separately for CHF 60.00 per month/space for the two apartments. At a later date, parking spaces will be created in the adjacent apartment complex.
The published net rent refers to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Heating and water costs are billed according to consumption, other ancillary costs according to living space.
Our property
The Rütschi Tower is firmly linked to Brugg's late industrial history. Built in 1953 as an office building for the Rütschi Pumpenfabrik, it has since shaped the image of the northwest of the city.
The Rütschi Tower is located on Herzogstrasse. This is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Brugg with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and the train station.
A modern residential and commercial complex with many residential and commercial units is currently being built on the adjacent former factory site. This promotes the attractiveness and vibrancy of the district.
Living space Brugg
Brugg is the center of the district of the same name and a significant industrial, commercial, service and educational location. The city lies at the foot of the Jura and at the water castle of Switzerland, the confluence of the Aare, Reuss and Limmat rivers. Brugg is very well connected by public transport thanks to the main train station and other public transport. You can reach the major Swiss cities (Bern, Zurich and Basel) in a maximum of 1 hour's travel time.
