With the rental of the apartment, one must join the housing cooperative and subscribe to membership/apartment shares totaling CHF 3,000 (instead of a deposit). Depending on income, a mandatory loan must also be provided.

Families are preferred for the rental. Renting to a single person is excluded.

A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 120/month.
