We, as landlords, are a housing cooperative founded over 60 years ago. According to the statutes, CHF 8,000 in shares must be purchased for a 3.5-room apartment, which will be refunded after a possible move-out. Furthermore, all adult residents automatically become members of the cooperative (one-time contribution CHF 50.00/person).
Our philosophy: together-for-each-other means participating in occasional work (on a small scale) for remuneration (e.g., snow removal, landscaping work, etc.).
(The stairwells and common areas are cleaned free of charge by the tenants in rotation.)
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
