It features open, bright rooms, a modern kitchen, bathtub, shower, separate guest toilet, washing machine/dryer, an additional storage room in the stairwell, and a large balcony for cozy hours.

Several shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, and the train station is only a 5-minute walk away (half-hourly service towards Winterthur/Rapperswil, Wetzikon and Pfäffikon ZH)

The apartment is available from September 1, 2025 (or by agreement). The rent is CHF 2'170.00 per month including utilities (heating and hot water).

An outdoor parking space with an existing e-charging station can be rented for (CHF 35.00/month).

We, as landlords, are a housing cooperative founded over 60 years ago. According to the statutes, CHF 8,000 in shares must be purchased for a 3.5-room apartment, which will be refunded after a possible move-out. Furthermore, all adult residents automatically become members of the cooperative (one-time contribution CHF 50.00/person).

Our philosophy: together-for-each-other means participating in occasional work (on a small scale) for remuneration (e.g., snow removal, landscaping work, etc.).

(The stairwells and common areas are cleaned free of charge by the tenants in rotation.)

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
