Brief construction description
The multi-family house was built in hybrid construction with a solid basement and wooden element construction in the upper part. The exterior facade consists of ventilated fine stoneware panels and modern windows in plastic-metal with triple glazing. The shading is provided by electric slat blinds.
The apartments are heated by a groundwater heat pump system with heat distribution via underfloor registers. The entire multi-family house is ventilated by a mechanical ventilation system, which is also used for heat recovery for the domestic hot water. The floors are accessed via a passenger lift.
Interior design
Floor coverings in fine stoneware (corridor, living room, wet cells, and balconies/terraces) and oak parquet (rooms). Each apartment has a built-in wardrobe. Kitchens with natural stone countertops and modern kitchen appliances (cooking field with integrated extractor hood).
