Heating system:
Heat production will be carried out using an air-water heat pump. Heat distribution will be carried out via wall or ceiling fan coils.
All systems are designed following the latest technical findings, both for their operation and maintenance, and for compliance with ecological requirements and current regulations.
Sanitary system:
The production of domestic hot water will be carried out using an air-water heat pump.
Water distribution from the central unit in stainless steel pipes to the individual collectors for activities and apartments, from there via Sanipex pipes to reach the various appliances.
Joinery:
The joinery is planned in thermo-lacquered aluminium, with triple glazing with high thermal resistance.
Sectional doors will be installed on the ground floor to facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles.
Plasterer's work:
The base plasters will be made of premixed cement. Plaster finish for all walls ready to receive a coat of paint.
Subfloors:
Driveable subfloors with surface finish to be defined. Garage in loose asphalt or similar, caretaker's apartment with floating subfloors.
Wastewater disposal:
Sewage will be disposed of via PE and PVC pipes, diameter as needed, into the municipal sewerage system. Connection to the municipal manhole.
Roof rainwater will be conveyed, after passing through the sludge collector, to the municipal sewerage system (see hydrogeological survey and wastewater disposal concept attached). The driveway water will be collected, after passing through the sludge collector / oil separator, and disposed of together with the rainwater.
Construction times:
The execution times can be estimated at 3 working months for the general excavation work and shell construction, and 9 months for all finishing work and external landscaping.
