Location
The plot is located in an industrial zone. Bordered to the West by the A9 motorway and to the East by the CFF tracks, it is situated below the Prougne road bridge which connects the two banks of the Rhône. The artisan zone is home to companies of all sizes such as Syngenta, Airnace, etc.
The site benefits from a strategic position due to its proximity to the main road and rail transport routes. The train station platforms are less than 500m away and the motorway is accessible in less than three minutes. The Grand St Bernard station, well known to Tesla users with the Supercharger, is nearby. Located at the gates of Chablais and at the entrance to central Valais, many companies have chosen to settle within 10 minutes via the motorway, such as Hornbach and very soon IKEA.
If visibility is important, the roof of the building could accommodate a brand sign visible from the motorway.
The plot covers an area of 2,252 m2. Accessible by truck, the hall of 1,732m2 has large delivery doors and interior unloading docks planned in the project.
A space called mezzanine is mainly intended for storing goods.
The intention to install a solar panel system on the building aligns with the spirit of electric vehicles represented by the Tesla brand.
