The trail network in the Sihlwald Nature Experience Park includes more than 70 kilometers of hiking trails and over 50 kilometers of cycling routes.

SwitzerlandMobility is the network for slow traffic (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, skating, and canoeing). The regional cycling route 32 "Rhein-Hirzel-Linth" runs through Adliswil. Additionally, the attractive route 94 "L'Areuse-Emme-Sihl" crosses our city along the Sihl.
