The Maiensäss is located between Pragg and Furna. Thanks to its elevated position, the sunlight and view of the fascinating mountain world of Mittelprättigaus can be described as excellent. Due to its seclusion, one can enjoy the peace and observe numerous wild animals.

Electricity comes from its own solar system with four large batteries, which can be operated via the inverter with 230 volts. The associated stable houses a medium emergency generator to charge the batteries in case of emergency or to provide direct supply in case of high demand.
**Stable
**This has been gently renovated and is located about 30 meters below the Maiensäss. The wastewater tank has been placed in the old manure chamber. In the upper part, a vehicle can be parked or the space can be used as storage. The lower part of the stable is still half in its original condition.
The two buildings are separately parcelled and therefore do not have to be used agriculturally. The property has two own springs. The property includes a forest parcel above with an area of 6,008m2, on which the main spring is located.
Halfway between the turnoff to Furnerstrasse and the Maiensäss, there are two parking spaces that belong to the Maiensäss.
Access is easily possible with a 4x4 SUV outside of winter time.
