The area
Aurigeno is a small village on the right bank of the Maggia River with convenient free parking at the entrance of the village. Leaving the car at the entrance of the village, following the precise brown signs, you can admire ancient rural testimonies, natural beauties, as well as the numerous works created by Vanoni (next to the chapels frescoed by the painter of local origins, with his unmistakable style, there are also others of older origins and it is interesting to see the differences).
On the asphalt road towards Avegno, it is worth following the route to the Roman bridge, a short detour of historical, naturalistic, and photographic interest (but the river in the warmer season can also be reached for a refreshing bath).
The Project
The property within which the funds in question are inserted is characterized by a large green area bordered by a stone wall that precisely outlines the perimeter.
This element becomes a starting point for the development of the project. The funds in question are located in the highest part of the property next to a small cluster of buildings. The project involves the construction of a single villa, which extends along the entire northern front to qualify and define the view upstream. The villa develops on a single above-ground floor and one underground.
In this way, it is possible to preserve the landscape qualities of the place and the views of the small group of rustic buildings at the boundary.
