The stately farmhouse was built in 1848 in mixed construction (solid, wood, stud). The roof is covered with clay/beavertail tiles and has an under-roof in the living area.

The well house was built in 1893 and has a water right.

In 1968/1969 the property was converted. The ground floor was redesigned and renovated, including the construction of the kitchen, the bathroom with bathtub, the installation of the wet room with separate shower, new floor coverings were laid, the window front was renewed and the surroundings and the house square were redesigned.
