This historic house was built in the early 1800s using stones from our mountains. Subsequently, it was revisited by a master interior decorator with great sensitivity to taste, spaces, and light in 1998. The latest renovations were done in 2023 and 2024.
It is located in the heart of nature, a stone's throw from the Crans-Montana resort, golf course, and its famous ski area. This geobiological and climatic site is exceptional; it has Mediterranean vegetation. The panoramic view is superb over the Alps, the forests, opposite a splendid clearing. You can also see the Vermala tower (Crans-Montana)
A large gate guarantees intimacy, and access is via a private road, directly connected to the Miège-Planige cantonal road.
The entrance to the house opens onto a small distribution hall with a bedroom and a WC with shower. A staircase leads to the technical room and dressing room in the basement.
Going up a few steps, you arrive in a living room with a unique contemporary fireplace and access to a spacious terrace. A few steps higher, there is a dining room with access to a west-south terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen overlooking an east covered terrace with a barbecue. On the same level is a master suite with private WC and shower.
A little higher up, you have a living area and a bedroom.
The configuration of the house offers a view from all sides and unusual brightness, from floor to ceiling.
The heating is underfloor heating in Burgundy stone, by condensation burner with Bio Diesel
