The Ecureuil House (more than a chalet....) is located on the Upper Ring Road in a beautiful, very sunny and unobstructed location. The view is breathtaking and extends over the entire Northern Alps chain all the way to Crans Montana. Thanks to the excellent location, ski lifts, shopping facilities, a pizzeria, and a cozy bar are within a few minutes' walk.
In the basement of the chalet, there is a large bedroom with a four-meter-long wardrobe that can be taken over for free. In the hallway at the oak staircase, there is a walk-in closet with additional storage options. The spacious bathroom features a large bathtub and a new, walk-in shower. A spacious guest room with its own bathroom and shower, as well as a practical storage room with a door, complete the room layout. All rooms are equipped with high-quality oak parquet flooring and electric underfloor heating with a separate controller. The windcatcher at the entrance leads to a cellar used as a wine and laundry cellar, which contains a new boiler. The spacious living room impresses with a new large fireplace with a glass U-shape that can be raised and opened. A day WC with door and window is located on the same level. A stylish living room cabinet with a glass showcase can be taken over for free. The house has a modern fiber optic connection for internet, telephone, and Swisscom TV with LAN cable and SAT socket. The oak parquet floor with electric underfloor heating is in very good condition. All windows and doors have been renewed. All WC facilities on the upper floor have also been modernized with the latest Geberit Monolith technology.
The outdoor area offers two spacious terraces on the south and west sides with high-quality larch wood benches and tables, as well as an outdoor fireplace on the slope. The terrace offers a spectacular view over the Rhone Valley all the way to the Montana plateau. Both terraces are paved with beige stone slabs measuring 60 x 60 cm, allowing for easy cleaning. A solid garden shed made of larch wood provides space for all garden tools, including a lawn mower, snow blower, scarifier, and other tools that can be taken over for free. A newly created garden snail with a diameter of 2.5 meters ensures fresh herbs right at the door. The garden is completely fenced with new larch boards and a continuous 80 cm high fence, creating a safe environment for animals.
The property includes a single garage at street level as well as an additional parking space directly at the house. The garage is equipped with an electric Hörmann gate, and the floor is paved with stone slabs for easy maintenance. A Mercedes-Benz wall box for charging electric vehicles and a 380V socket for individual and long-term charging from the solar roof are available and can be taken over for free. The garage also has practical wooden shelves for additional storage space.
The chalet is energetically up to date. A modern photovoltaic system with 31 solar panels and a peak output of 6.5 kW, combined with a 25 kW battery storage, ensures daily production.
