The recently renovated single-family house (2023/24) was supplemented by the extension in 2009. The two parts are not internally connected. They are in good condition and could be used both autonomously and together.

The garden, mainly oriented towards the north and west, is still expandable.
A small part of the garden at the north-west corner has certain restrictions as the electricity company has a right of way on the existing power line.
Schools and public transport (village stop SBB) are within walking distance. The village shop, restaurants, etc. are available in the village. In less than half an hour, you can reach Brugg/Baden by train. Waldshut is reachable in a few minutes by car via the Rhine bridge. The local recreation areas, Rhine, forest, and the Black Forest are in the immediate vicinity.
The second part of the land register extract shows that the parcel at the neighborhood street is also entitled. (No designated share sizes).
