Thônex is a Swiss municipality in the Arve-Lac region, in the southeast of the Canton of Geneva. It is bordered by three rivers: the Foron, the Seymaz, and the Arve. The municipality borders Vandoeuvres, Choulex, Puplinge, Veyrier, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg, as well as France.
The terraced house built in 2007 consists of: an entrance area with guest WC, an open kitchen leading to a spacious living area that provides access to a wide terrace and a garden with an outdoor pool. The entire property benefits from a beautiful orientation, quietly located, with views of the surrounding landscape.
On the first floor, accessible via a staircase, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, each with access to a balcony on the garden side.
Here you will also find a bathroom with WC as well as a master suite with balcony and its own bathroom with WC, which harmoniously completes this sleeping area.
The attic has been converted to provide an additional bedroom.
In the basement, there is a multipurpose room with numerous built-in wardrobes as well as a fully equipped bathroom with washing machine.
This level allows direct access to the underground garage as well as to the cellars and the shared technical room in the PPE.
