The ecological approach is ultimately reflected in the residence's energy consumption. The latter benefits from thermal insulation and solar panels beyond current standards in order to preserve the planet as well as the costs of its owners.
Materials & finish
This project stands out as an exceptional achievement, breaking with the standards of real estate developments of adjoining houses. The interior volumes, flooded with natural light, benefit from large panoramic openings, both in the living spaces and in the bedrooms. The integration of aluminum joinery with reduced thicknesses, as well as corner windows without a central mullion, brings an architectural touch that is both elegant and contemporary.

Founded in 2019, Outsider.Architecture SA has quickly established itself in the sector, winning the Prix Romand de l'Immobilier in 2022 for its project to renovate and transform a historic building in Moudon.
