The dairy farm features a new residential chalet from 2018 with breathtaking views of the Dents du Midi. The spacious barn from 2015 accommodates 32 dairy cows and their own offspring. Meadows, Pastures, and Forests
The farm center is located at about 810 m altitude. The meadows and pastures are in mountain zone II. The parcels in the municipality of Gryon are in mountain zone III and at about 1,000 m altitude. They are also in climate zone D5-6 and are about 3 km from the farm center. All parcels are used as grassland.
The forest areas are partly at the edge of the meadows and consist of wooded edge strips. There are two parcels with larger forest shares. They mainly consist of deciduous trees and are of good quality.
Special Restrictions and Conditions
All parcels are located in the agricultural zone. All parcels are subject to the Federal Act on Agricultural Land Law (BGBB).
