The terraced single-family house was built around 1980. Over the years, various renovations and extensions have been carried out, including the roof renovation and the installation of a thermal solar system in 2010. In the same year, the two wet cells were renewed (incl. floor heating), a fireplace was installed and the pitched roof was insulated. In 2012, the renovation of the windows with composite shutters and the interior development of the attic followed. In 2022, a modern wood pellet heating system was installed, and in 2023, replacement of Eternit panels on the roof (south side) took place.
The building was constructed in solid construction, with the foundation walls mostly made of brick masonry and partially concrete. The pitched roof is covered with Eternit, and the facade combines exterior plaster and wooden cladding. Heating is provided by a central wood pellet heating system (built in 2022), which distributes heat mainly through radiators. Additionally, a fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere.
