The completely renovated and stylishly converted house in the beautiful and tranquil old quarter "Abläsch/Bärengasse" offers a very central and quiet location with a high quality of living. The house was built around the year 1840 in mixed construction of rubble stone masonry and timber framing. Between 2008 and 2012, the building was renovated down to the load-bearing structure and equipped with the latest technical installations. Today, the house presents a harmonious overall picture through the combination of restored and modern building materials. Particularly noteworthy are the carefully refurbished parquet floors and the Glarus panelling on numerous walls and ceilings. In other rooms, the walls were plastered and new parquet floors were laid. In the entrance area, kitchens and bathrooms, there are floors made of porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles. The fire-resistant doors and numerous interior doors are panelled in the style of the 19th century.
The owners have chosen the materials appropriately, stylishly and in detail, paying attention to high quality of workmanship. The tiled roof and the copper-clad dormer windows were newly constructed in 2008.
The fiber optic cable was installed in 2024. Only the facade plaster was left in its original condition and appearance.

Materialization /Equipment
The floors on the ground floor (office/atelier) are covered with dark grey porcelain stoneware tiles, as are all bathrooms and guest WCs.
The rooms are equipped with beautiful parquet floors in various patterns, such as herringbone, in oak.
Throughout the staircase, the wooden stairs and railings have been refurbished.
The walls and part of the ceilings are clad with panelled panelling and in the bathrooms with ceramic tiles. Part of the ceilings and walls are designed with plaster/whitewash.
The kitchens and all bathrooms have been completely renovated and designed in a simple, modern style.
The atelier and the two apartments have an intercom system.
One of the apartments is currently used by the owners as a holiday apartment. The other apartment was rented until the beginning of May 2024. Currently, no rental efforts are being made.

Opposite the house is garden plot no. 828. The well-kept garden with reinforced concrete wall on reinforced foundation as a boundary, frost-proof paved walkway, covered seating area and garden house offer pure relaxation.
