The flat roof, completed in 2018, consists of a concrete covering, insulation, a bitumen roof membrane covered with a gravel protection layer. In 2022, various painting work was carried out in the interior. The outer shell from the 1980s has insulation. The entire concrete floor slab is covered with 25 mm thick insulating tar plates. Offices and ancillary rooms are equipped with tiled floors. The building is equipped with 63-10 Amp electricity, with 230/400V distribution throughout the hall. The last safety certificate for the electrical installation was issued on 29.10.2018. Telephone connection, LAN network in the ground floor and basement offices are available. Water connection with a 2-inch pipe and meter are also installed in the building. A stainless steel air pressure ring line and a stainless steel water ring line via a large open grid channel distribute electricity, air and water around the entire workshop with 24 outlets at approx. 4 m distance. There are 24 combination sockets 230/400V CE16, 2 combination sockets 230/400VCE32, 16 air coupling sockets and 4 water connections. In addition, there are 2 floor lines with air, water and an approx. 60 mm empty conduit embedded in the floor, which ensure two connection points in the middle of the hall.
The compressor connection (without compressor) is located on the mezzanine floor. The workshop is equipped with a 2-tonne hall crane, a large electric roller door 3.45 x 3.75 m high with pedestrian door, a large manual sliding door 4 x 4 m and a separate office entrance door (without inventory, except existing office, kitchen and wardrobe facilities).
In the building, apart from the workshop, there are 2 offices, each approx. 4 x 4 x 2.8 m high, 1 lounge, 1 changing room with washbasin and shower and a bathroom with WC, urinal
bowl and washbasin. A 300 litre electric boiler is available for hot water preparation. On the upper floor there is 1 office approx. 4 x 8 m and 1 storage room approx. 8 x 8 x 2.27 m high.
