The Halle Inox, built in 1919, is considered by many to be a true national treasure. Ideally located near the train station and the Veveyse River, which flows directly into Lake Geneva, this hall was once the beating heart of the Ateliers de Constructions Mécaniques – a pride of Swiss industry until the end of the 20th century.
Rich in a prestigious past, the Halle Inox is an exceptional testament to the Swiss industrial heritage. Entirely restored in 2017, it has preserved its unique character while adapting to contemporary requirements. Many original elements have been preserved and enhanced through meticulous renovation work: its brick facades, its immense glass roofs, its sumptuous interior metal structure, its period lighting, and its impressive overhead cranes.
With its 15-meter-high ceilings and a total area of 2,000 m², the Halle Inox offers a spectacular setting where heritage and modernity blend. With a dual commercial and residential allocation, it hosts prestigious exhibitions and events, houses an art gallery open to the public and private collectors, as well as a renowned gourmet restaurant.
The site also includes three 180 m² apartments, a sumptuous 550 m² triplex, and an ultramodern underground car park. The Halle Inox thus embodies the perfect balance between history, architecture, and contemporary art de vivre.
The building is now fully rented with a fully commercial allocation and offers an extremely interesting return.
