A PPE administration has been set up and the current charges with renovation funds are approximately CHF 260.- per month. A renovation fund has just been set up.
A right of pre-emption is registered in the constitution of the PPE, which allows the other co-owners to buy the property in priority. According to discussions with them, nobody lives all year round in Isérables (secondary residences), so there is no obvious interest in acquiring the property.
