No parking spaces near the building, but it is possible to park in front of the building to load and unload. Shared parking nearby, cable car connecting Riddes to Isérables 300 m away.
A PPE administration has been set up and the current costs with renovation fund amount to approximately CHF 260.- per month. A renovation fund has been created.
A right of first refusal is noted in the PPE constitution, allowing the other co-owners to pre-empt the property. According to discussions with them, nobody lives in Isérables all year round (second home), so no obvious intention to acquire the property.
