The new community house offers a total of 8 ownership apartments. From the 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 room apartments. All apartments are barrier-free and accessible via the airy, central staircase with lift. This leads down to the basement to the underground garage and the storage rooms. The space offering is complemented by a multifunctional community room on the ground floor.
The well-proportioned apartment layouts create spaciousness on an appropriate area and are oriented according to the sun's path. The apartments are organized around a central core, which houses the wet cells and wardrobes. Surrounding this are the day and night rooms. The living and dining areas and kitchens are shaped as flowing spatial landscapes and enjoy lighting from up to three sides. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside into the rooms and flood the spaces with daylight. All apartments have a generous balcony in the western foliage layer, overlooking the Wikoner "Matte". The ground floor apartments and the community room have direct access from the terrace to the garden.
Technically and ecologically, the house is up to date. Built in contemporary wooden construction, the house not only utilizes the ecological advantages of the renewable natural building material. The wooden construction is also evident in the interior, radiating warmth and coziness, thus contributing to a pleasant and "homely" living climate. Naturally, the highest standards of thermal and sound insulation are also met. Together with the ground probe heating, a future-proof building is created. This system is rounded off with a comprehensive photovoltaic system on the roof areas.
The equipment and materialization of the apartments is robust, nature-oriented, functional, and is based on the medium development standard.
