Each studio has an area of 23 m² complemented by a pleasant balcony of 10 m². They each consist of a recent equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bright living space.
Located in a quiet residence in the heart of the resort, the studios also benefit from appreciated common facilities, such as an indoor pool and a friendly carnozet.

The studios are sold furnished, if desired. They can be acquired as a primary or secondary residence, by both our Swiss and foreign clientele.
It is possible to permanently separate the studios, each having its own private access.
Two cellars are included in the sale price. The building also has a ski room and a common laundry.
The building benefits from several outdoor parking spaces located all around. Thanks to the barrier that protects access, residents have a sufficient number of reserved spaces.
The charges are approximately Fr. 2350/studio, which include building and pool management, snow removal of the parking lot, heating, building insurance, and contribution to the renovation fund.
