Don't be misled; the effectively calculated living area of approximately 40 m2 may seem a bit small at first glance, but the apartment offers additional space in the roof slopes, which was not taken into account in the living area calculation due to the room heights, making it feel much more open and generous. The roof of the house has been completely and energy-efficiently renovated and was completed in June 2024. In parallel, the apartment has been equipped with a new larger dormer and received two additional roof windows, one large in the kitchen area and another in the bathroom.
We look forward to your visit!
This charming 2.5-room apartment is located on the top floor of a well-maintained multi-family house in the St. Moritz part of Champfèr.
Champfèr, with its approximately 300 inhabitants, is a small, lovely village at the foot of the Suvrettahang and lies between Silvaplana and St. Moritz. The Suvrettabach flows through the village. Politically, the Suvrettabach separates Champfèr into a part belonging to the municipality of St. Moritz and a part belonging to the municipality of Silvaplana. The village is situated in the midst of the Upper Engadine lake landscape, which is certainly among the most beautiful landscapes in the world and is an ideal starting point for all the very well-known ski areas in the vicinity. For example, the Corvatsch ski area, at an altitude of 3303 meters, is the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps, or the ski areas Corviglia and Salastrains.
