The manageable, well-organized condominium community (STWEG) Thunstrasse 67/67a in Muri comprises a total of 12 condominium units in a freestanding building with two entrances. House No. 67 has a large, protected entrance area with the mailbox and intercom system on the street side. An elevator conveniently and practically leads right to the apartment door; the elevator system was extensively renewed in 2024. The building has been continuously maintained and is in correspondingly good condition. In the past 10 years, both the fresh and wastewater pipes and the electrical installation have been replaced.
