Information - unique tower

Building a tower is very different from building a multi-family house.

The conditions are completely different, a lot of concrete, tons of steel, many walls... protective measures, etc.

Safety is the top priority at a total height of 40 meters.

Up high! In apartment 2, you are already about 17 meters high in the living room.

The groundwork alone, with the slope stabilization, was an immense task, precision and skill were required.

Fortunately, our engineer was always on hand.

The decoupling from the railway, also an important part, so that the building stands still and no vibrations occur in the house, was an enormous effort.

The prices for such a work are therefore also in a different league and cannot be compared with ordinary buildings, because it is simply very cost-intensive.
