To reserve the apartment of your choice, a first payment of Frs 10,000.- is required. This amount will serve as a guarantee of your commitment to the transaction. This reservation also gives you the exclusive advantage of removing the property from the market for a period of 30 days.

Notarial Deed and Finalization of the Transaction
During the 30 days of the reservation period, the notarial deed must be concluded. This deed will formalize the sale of the apartment and outline the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. The finalization of the transition will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the notarial deed, thus ensuring a transparent and legal transaction.
