The 4.5-room apartment with its own garden and enough space for children is located in an elevated position in Abtwil.
The highlight besides the tastefully renovated and furnished apartment is the view. From the living rooms over the garden, one can let their gaze wander to the Alpstein massif.
Access to the apartment is barrier-free via the main entrance as well as from the underground garage. A wardrobe with built-in cabinets offers enough space for coats and shoes. Heat generation is done via a heat pump with a ground probe. The hot water is prepared with a thermal solar system. For the multi-family house A, the utilization is at 30%. A conduit for a photovoltaic system has already been built to the roof.
Ventilation / Lighting / Household Appliances / Thermal Protection
Each apartment is mechanically ventilated with an autonomous comfort ventilation unit. The heat recovery of the ventilation system is at 90%. The permanently installed lights (recessed lights in the corridor, kitchen, bathroom) are energy-efficient. Furthermore, the permanently installed household appliances are "best devices". They have energy efficiency class A. All buildings meet the standard for summer thermal protection according to SIA 382/1.
