The story:
The mere fact that this 3.5 room apartment has two decent loggias (you read that right, TWO loggias), yes, this alone should create a queue of baby boomers interested in buying in the spacious and sophisticated stairwell of Auweg 37. The distance between the path by the river and the loggia is just far enough that you are not disturbed while relaxing and barbecuing, as you have to greet "all Bremgarten" from the balcony when they pass by on Sundays. Closer to the riverbank path, you would catch sunburn under the arm due to constant movement and even the sausages would be charred due to simple chatter over the garden fence.
