Dream location, in the middle of the mountain village
The stall in Geschinen is truly located in one of the best spots. The wide facade welcomes you to your hideaway in the mountains. A valid building permit is already in place, so you could move into your dream home as early as autumn 2025.
Advantages of the Stall Renovation
Stall renovation according to your ideas and wishes
The double stall will be converted into two residential units (one separate parcel per residential unit). This way, you benefit from a beautifully renovated stall and can share the costs for the common heating/hot water preparation (ground probe heat pump) cost-effectively. The entrance on the west side is separate for each residential unit. From there, you enter the open corridor (ski, bike, etc.). There is also a room with a generous shower/toilet. A staircase leads you to the upper floor and thus to the open living/dining area. The large openings on the east side of the building let in plenty of light into the beautiful interior. The intermediate ceilings are made of concrete, ensuring modern living comfort (impact sound, underfloor heating). The attic features another spacious bedroom and a second bathroom (shower/toilet). The intermediate ceiling here will be executed in a modern wooden ceiling (wall heating).
The interior design of the stall will be carried out according to your ideas. A valid building permit exists, which defines the facades. The interior design, respectively the division can be adapted according to your wishes (if possible).
Included in the price is the entire planning and implementation of the renovation. Floor coverings and kitchen are defined together with the construction management as budget items. The parking space (included) is located on the adjacent parcel 7705 (see situation).
