Construction
The facade masonry consists of double-shell exposed brickwork with 12 cm brick, 3 cm air, 8 cm thermal insulation and another 15 cm brick as well as interior plaster (from outside to inside).
The interior walls in the basement are made of raw lime-sand brickwork, in the residential floors of plastered brickwork.
Floor coverings

Heating
Since 2021/22, heat has been supplied via the Embrach Nord district heating network (Energie 360° AG).
