The windows were replaced in 2015. A lift goes to the middle of the two floors, which means that 7 steps still have to be walked.

A single garage and a cellar complete the offer.
Our conclusion: With a little manual skill, this apartment can become your great new home!
The city of Schaffhausen with its approximately 38,000 inhabitants is located in the northernmost corner of Switzerland on the Rhine bend of eastern Switzerland on the border with Germany. It owes its origin to the Rhine Falls: The settlement arose where goods traffic needed a transshipment and stacking point to bypass the rapids impassable to ships.
Because of the many bay windows and the preciously painted house facades, the traffic-free old town of Schaffhausen is considered one of the most picturesque in Switzerland. Many beautiful guild and burgher houses date from the Gothic or Baroque period. The lively old town offers many shopping opportunities. The nucleus of the city was the street market in today's Vordergasse. Here also stands the High Gothic St. Johann Church with its extraordinary acoustics.
Visible from afar is the landmark of the city, the Munot Fortress, which was built in the 16th century. The ring-shaped bulwark was built from 1564 to 1589 according to a concept by Albrecht Dürer. More information at www.schaffhausen.ch.
