We are starting the sale of the last house from the "Castle View Tomils" project. The construction of the second house began at the end of January 2025, the first house was already occupied in spring 2024.

The Piz Beverin to the southwest and the wonderful Ortenstein Castle to the northeast, that is what you see when you wake up in the morning.

The project was developed in collaboration with the municipality of Domleschg, the zoning regulations require certain conditions.

Here are the most important ones:

• The apartments may only be used as primary residences in the sense of the federal law on second homes.
• The use of the apartments is only permitted for persons who have reached the age of 50. (*Life experienced)
• The apartments may be purchased by persons who do not meet the occupancy requirements. (E.g. children of the respective person).
• Long-term rental is also allowed. (Investment property)
• In the case of couples, persons in stable cohabitation, or persons in registered partnerships, at least one partner must have reached the age of 50.
• Persons with disabilities as defined in Art. 2 of the Disability Equality Act are entitled to use the apartments regardless of their age. The same principles apply to their partners or roommates as for the partners or roommates of persons who have reached the age of 50.
