We are starting the sale of the last house from the "Schlossblick Tomils" project. Construction of the second house began at the end of January 2025, and the first house was already occupied in the spring of 2024.

The project was developed in cooperation with the municipality of Domleschg; the zoning regulations require certain stipulations.

Here are the most important ones:

• The apartments may only be used as a primary residence in the sense of the Federal Act on Second Homes.
• Apartment use is only permitted by persons who have reached the age of 50. (Experienced in life)
• The apartments may be purchased by persons who do not meet the occupancy requirements (e.g., children of the respective person).
• Long-term rental is also permitted. (Investment property)
• For married couples, persons in a stable cohabitation, or persons in registered partnerships, at least one partner must have reached the age of 50.
• People with disabilities within the meaning of Art. 2 of the Disability Equality Act are entitled to use the apartments regardless of their age. The same principles apply to their partners or cohabitants as to the partners or cohabitants of persons who have reached the age of 50.
