Die Wohnung (2.5-Zi) ist ideal gelegen, da man in 60 Sek. auf der Autobahn ist, zwei Bahnhöfe in Gehdistanz sind und es sehr ruhig ist - ausser die Nachbarin fährt mit ihrem Ferrari herum 😉.

Der Eingangsbereich und die Küche sind modern und wurden im 2009 renoviert.

Auf den Fotos sind die Küche, das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ersichtlich. Dazu gibt es ein "Büro" (Abstellraum mit Dachfenster) und ein Abstellraum (~30m²). Weiter hat man vom Schlafzimmer und der Küche aus eine gute Sicht auf den See 🙂‍↕️🤤.

Bei der Wohnung müssen Gebührensäcke, das Sofa, Salontisch, Bett, Schrank, Pult, drei Stühle, Lampe und Fenster mit Aussparung (ggf. FlatTV, 42'') übernommen werden.

Der Mietvertrag läuft bis 30. Sep (voraussichtlich mit Verlängerung), wobei die Mietzinssenkung beantragt ist. Die Kaution beträgt rund 2 Monatsmieten.

Die Übergabe ist am Mo, 19. Mai 2025.

The apartment (2.5 rooms) is perfectly located—you can be on the highway in 60 seconds, there are two train stations within walking distance, and it's super quiet... unless the neighbor decides to take her Ferrari for a spin 😉.

The entrance area and kitchen are modern and were renovated in 2009.

In the photos, you can see the kitchen, bedroom, and living room. There's also a "home office" (storage room with a skylight) and a storage area (~30m²). Plus, you get a great view over the lake from the bedroom and kitchen 🙂‍↕️🤤.

With the apartment, you'll need to take over the trash bags, sofa, coffee table, bed, wardrobe, desk, two chairs, lamp, and a window with a cutout (possibly a 42'' flat-screen TV).

The lease runs until September 30 (likely with an extension), and a rent reduction has been requested. The security deposit is roughly two months' rent.

Handover is on Monday, May 19, 2025.
