Super modern apartment near Limmatplatz with 3.5 rooms, Mezzanine style, with high ceilings, large loggia.

I'm looking for an apartment with minimum 2 rooms, max 3. Price could be the same (hopefully below) and location-wise, I'm still looking for something still central but quieter. The apartment was renovated a few years ago, and the sound insulation is amazing - you can't hear anything with the windows closed.
