A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. A garden area with barbecue is also shared by all tenants. There is also one parking space reserved for the apartment with the option to rent another space.
According to Google, the apartment is 22 minutes by car or 33 minutes by public transport from Lonza - door-to-door, making it a convenient place to live if working in Visp.
Rent is 950 CHF per month plus approximately 150 CHF per month for utilities (water, sewer, heating, and shared-area electricity). Tourist tax (if applicable), trash, electricity, phone, Internet, TV subscriptions, or Serafe (TV and radio tax) must be considered separately.
