Gaia was amazing to work with! She managed to find a solution to every problem we encountered and did it quickly and professionally. On top of that, she was kind and approachable throughout the whole process. I canât recommend her services enough!

I don t know what to say. First:i question the integrity of all her previous comments. Looks like she white them HERSELF. They all have only one or two reviews. But... Maybe i m wrong. I call her regarding a property. Conversation :in english, she speaks rather good for an italian. Conversation lasts 2 minutes. After a short look at a movie sent via what s up..... She makes a really really bad estimation. I mean:':fait sur genoux', to say so. Maybe she was not in The mood for business, it s true:it was 30 minutes before LUNCH TIME. đ€đ·đ·đ·đ· I do not recommend her, after all..... It s your HOME you sell. Think!!!

I'm sorry to read this review, as it doesnât reflect the brief and professional interaction we had. Our conversation took place via WhatsApp, during which the caller shared the details of her property: 24mÂČ, no balcony, no view, north-facing, and not close to the city center. She also mentioned the price she was hoping to achieve.
Based on current market conditions and comparable properties, I respectfully explained that her price expectation was significantly above market value. As a professional, my role is to offer realistic and transparent adviceâeven when it may not align with a client's expectations. I offered to visit the property and advertise it at the requested price, but made it clear that it might be challenging to sell at that level. She replied, âOK, I understand,â and then blocked me on WhatsApp without any further discussion.
Comments about âlunch timeâ or the tone of this review appear to be more emotionally driven than factualâespecially considering she has left similar reviews on other agencies' websites, which suggests a recurring pattern rather than an isolated issue.
I always strive to treat everyone with honesty and respect. Selling a home is indeed a serious matter, and thatâs precisely why truthful, clear communication is so important.
