As we explained during our phone conversation, the delays you encountered resulted from a lack of information and coordination on the part of our client. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to us in a timely manner. Having not been informed of the situation, it was impossible for us to anticipate or manage these difficulties before they were brought to our attention.
We understand that, from your perspective, we are the primary contact for this matter. However, we can only act based on the information provided to us. Had we been informed of these problems earlier, we would have intervened immediately to find a solution.
Regarding the exchanges prior to the signing, our intention was simply to inform you of the interest shown in the property by other candidates, and not to put you under pressure.
We sincerely regret this situation and any inconvenience it may have caused. Rest assured that we do our utmost to support our clients professionally and transparently, even when certain elements are beyond our control.
