The successful sale came through thanks to the tenacity and conviction of Mrs Guinet. She also demonstrated great empathy and understanding with the sellers and buyers. Tutto è andato molto bene. Christelle Bonnet ha fatto un ottimo lavoro di presentazione della mia casa, grazie al quale ha attirato diversi acquirenti. È stata anche molto efficace nell'organizzare rapidamente visite e ha ottenuto rapidamente diverse offerte, di cui una al prezzo richiesto, che ho quindi accettato. Grazie alle competenze della signora Probst, al suo coinvolgimento nel mio progetto di vendita e alle sue conoscenze approfondite del mondo immobiliare, sono riuscito a vendere il mio bene senza difficoltà in pochi giorni e al prezzo stabilito. Tutto era perfetto, la stima del prezzo, la sessione fotografica, le visite e le discussioni. Non ho dovuto fare altro che dire sì ai compratori. Infatti, era la mia richiesta di base, poter delegare tutto e non dover gestire la vendita. L'appartamento essendo venduto "nello stato in cui si trova", avevo il timore di dover abbassare considerevolmente il prezzo di vendita, cosa che non è avvenuta, grazie al know-how della signora Probst. Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.
