Mme Batan est efficace, surtout quand survient un gros problème … elle est restée plus d’une année disponible pour l’acheteur et le vendeur afin de régler les problèmes d’assurance et de travaux de réparation. Elle a un talent de médiatrice quand les deux parties se trouvent lésées et qu’il faut trouver un arrangement sans recourir à la justice. Tout en évaluant correctement les dédommagements de part de d’autre. Nous sommes dorénavant parfaitement heureux dans notre chalet à la montagne 🤗

Je ne peux que dire du bien de Madame Batan. C est une personne avec un grand coeur qui s'investie complètement pour la personne avec qui elle travaille. Grâce à elle et son super travail, j'ai pu rapidement trouver un acheteur pour mon bien immobilier. Elle m'a toujours soutenue et a toujours été présente jusqu'à la fin complète de la transaction, (qui a pris du temps à cause d un dégât survenu au chalet).
