Frau Daniela Belm hat sich in jeder Hinsicht als erfahrene und äusserts gut vernetzte Immobilien-Expertin ausgezeichnet. Sie hat keinen Aufwand gescheut, meine zu verkaufende Immobilie im besten Licht erscheinen zu lassen und sich selbst immer darum gekümmert, dass bei jeder Besichtigung der Kaufinteressenten das Terrassenhaus sich blendend präsentieren konnte. Ihre Hartnäckigkeit und Ihr eiserner Wille haben dann schlussendlich dazu geführt, dass wir diese Immobilie im sehr oberen Preissegment schlussendlich sehr gut verkaufen konnten. Danilo Noschese è un vero esperto del ramo. Abbiamo avuto un esperienza più che positiva e indimenticabile. Una persona molto competente, gentile, simpatica e leale. Lui si è occupato di tutte le pratiche necessarie; documentazioni, fotografie, inserzioni, appuntamenti con gli interessati, visite dell'immobile, assistenza notarile ecc. All'inizio del processo di vendita non avremmo mai immaginato che il tutto si potesse concludere nello spazio di 1 mese e con la nostra piena soddisfazione, incredibile!!!
