Lia Carpenter is not only professional but communicative and personable as well. As a US citizen, I was unaware of many of the legalities in selling our property and Lia patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process making it as simple as it could possible be. At any hiccup, she was there on my behalf. I felt completely taken care of with her responsiveness and commitment to making the sales transaction as seamless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate in making recommendations for her expertise in both assisting the buyer or seller and I will keep in touch with her should I ever need help with another real estate transaction. Je ne peux que recommander le service de Mme Delafraye. Son évaluation de la situation particulaire était très professionnelle et aussi précise. Elle savait tout de suite faire la différence entre les aspects importants et ceux de moindre ou même sans importance. Son service était très fiable et rassurant. On se sentait toujours à l'aise parce que tout se déroulait dans une ambiance amicale. Son succès professionnel ne pouvait que satisfaire son client.
