OPTION 2 - OPTION 2 - SUBLEASE WITH SHARED USAGE
An alternative proposition would be to sublease most of the office, while sharing its usage with us. Sharing usage would include for our team : Usage of the conference room one day a week, Defined space with 6 flying desk stations for 3 days a week.
Reduced total cost : 4.000 CHF/month
Rent is composed as follows: usage of the majority of the office space all the week, conference room usage all the week except one day, water and heating usage of all shared areas
