About the flat: 5.5-room bright apartment, 142m2, two balconies, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, floor heating, nice view from the balcony, end street so quite calm but still 6 min walk to the bus stop or 8 to the train station, own washing machine, underground visitor parking and bicycle room.

About the room: furnished 10.94m2 room with a 1.60 bed and 2m wardrobe (the one with the X in the picture). All costs included. If desired a reduction of the rent is possible in exchange for more cleaning.

About us: couple in our middle 30s with a 2.5 year old daughter. We are passionate about travelling and enjoy diving, cycling, running, skiing and SUP. Both working 100%. Social life is also important to us and happy to host dinners/bbqs/drinks in our place. We speak Spanish, Czech, English and some German.

About you: you need to like children and the idea of living with a little one. Also is important that you value cleanliness and order (not always easy with the little one but we try). Sometimes we have family/friends visiting so its important that you are ok with this, you can also do the same.
